Today, Bandhan proudly boasts one of the largest R&D teams in the industry, led by a renowned Agri-scientist and supported by esteemed scientists and technocrats. Our experts bring extensive experience from prestigious institutions such as the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), State Agricultural Universities (SAU), and other leading research organizations, strategically located across the country.

The R&D Department at Bandhan Crop Care Pvt. Ltd. maintains strong collaborations with State Agricultural Universities (SAUs), National Agricultural Research Institutes, Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee, and other key institutions. Equipped with advanced infrastructure, the R&D cell addresses critical areas such as market forecasting, pesticide requirement assessments amidst evolving farming practices, product identification, and on-farm evaluations. Additionally, it actively promotes farmer awareness on the responsible use of pesticides and provides services for registration, product development, and project-based initiatives.
